Muay Thai distinguishes itself from western kickboxing and other standup martial arts by 3 things: the clinch, the Thai low kick and the Thai roundhouse.
This women's fitness kickboxing, workout is a fast-paced, all inclusive REAL kickboxing training course. Rhythmic kick-punch combination's start you off strong then, on the bag for kick and punch combination's. Ladies will also be doing cutting edge exercises that pro atheletes use to get in top condition! Finish with target practice, butts and guts finale. We do it ALL in this hour!
This class teaches you submission style wrestling involving take downs, positioning and manuevers designed to dominate your opponent. This style of grappling is a blend of Judo, wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
